so last night I called and place an order for pickup, told them my order , my phone number, my name and was told it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up within 20 minutes, went in to pick up order and found out that my order didnt exist. apparently the lady I was talking to on 10/22 around 7:44pm to get my order, she didnt even put my order down....
This was a disappointing order of pho to-go. The garnishes were sad in quantity and quality, and there’s no sauce. The broth was too cool to finish cooking the rare meat and noodles. Not the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience with Spring Lotus, dining in or to go.
Best spring rolls and Thai food in the valley. Tried local competition Thai restaurant and it doesn’t compare at all. Spring Lotus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
