This was the best steak I have had, the dinner salad was delicious and fresh and the potatoes were so amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing hotel!! Great view of river. Housekeeping staff come in when you request them. They are very responsive to all concerns. Bar area could be open earlier, but we enjoyed Katie our bartender/waitress. Your front staff, Vicki is a definite asset to you and Hilton. She remembered me from a previous visit and remembered why I was there. Pet friendly hotel with a great walking trail and pet area. Right next door to Pybus Market!
Staff went out of their way to make sure that our event was successful. Lovely stay. This hotel is also very conveniently located by the river and close to town. There is a little specialty coffee shop just down by the parking lot and it is right next to Pybus Market. They do need to upgrade their breakfast buffet with some low-carb options (choice of eggs would be nice instead of scrambled only and another choice of meat, instead of breakfast patties only). Maybe a few additional breakfast choices.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with access to the river walk and public market. Great fun. Room with river view is fantastic. Service was very good at the Front Desk and all employees were pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel when staying in Wenatchee.
HGI Wenatchee exceeded our every day expectation every time. HGI has gained a life long business partner when becoming the premier host; as well as highly recommended all ti follow my company’s led. Thanks HGI Wenatchee
Such a great experience. Love the efficiencies of digital key and check out. Employees I encountered were all really nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed.
After arriving at the hotel we took our baggage to the room. Upon entering we noticed a noxious smell, but we were going out. Upon return we noticed how bad the smell really was. The front desk offered to move us to another room, but it was already late and we had the room next to our daughter. That night the smell was SO bad I had to sleep with an 95 mask on. I turned the fan on full blast and the AC on the lowest setting. When I went to the desk to speak with the manager in the morning, when he finally showed up, he assured me that all the room use the same cleaning agents and there should not be an issue. I asked about whether the carpet or furniture had recently been cleaned. Oh, no. Did I have a dog?? He offered a move to another room which I again declined, as the odor had diminished a bit. By the end of that day the odor was gone, but that did not make up for the prior night. The included breakfast was another issue. I was told that my rooms were not on the breakfast list. I decided not to wage that battle until check out. However, when breakfast is supposed to begin at 7:00 the components weren't there until 7:15 and half an hour later they were cold, wet eggs. The same pale, unidentifiable bagels were still in the cabinet. All in all the breakfast was NOT worth the extra charge. I have never had a bad experience at a HGI until now. This has put me off of the brand in unknown locations.
Ok for hotel bar expensive per the usual items steak (32) , salmon (25) , wings were 2$ a wing witch is crazy, but the burger was goood (15+2+1.5$) still money
Stayed here on business 3rd week in September. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, and pillows firm and supportive, which is unusual in most hotels these days. Every single member of staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Minor flaws were the Wi-Fi, which was pretty inconsistent. At most locations when you log in to Wi-Fi once in your room, it stays connected throughout the facility; not here, you have to re-log in any time you move from one part of the hotel to another. Thought it might be my device, but others in our group had similar problems, Only other negative issue was the breakfast buffet. I have stayed in other Hilton Garden Inns and found this to be great, so I ordered it here. Eggs and potatoes cold and dry. No meat items offered at all. And this was at 6:30 am after they had only been open 30 minutes. Pretty disappointed in that. You could order off the menu which is what I will do if I stay here again. I would probably stay here again; cleanliness and first-rate staff make up for small disappointments.

A nice new hotel, right on the river just a few blocks from Downtown Wenatchee. Check in was easy, staff were all nice, just a little "MEH". Conference facilities are sall but nice for a small a gathering. A nice hotel to spend a night in on your way somewhere :).
The parking lot has lots of "compact" spots. The parking stalls are tight, but if you are willing to park in the compact spot, there are plenty of stalls. Check in was quick and friendly. The interior is nice. The luggage carts could be better. The room was nice and clean, but needed better overhead lighting. I liked the closet set up. The room had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nice and clean. The showerhead could have had a little better water output, but it wasn't terrible. The walls could use better sound insulation. I could hear noise from the other rooms. The hotel is right on the public park along the waterfront. The boat launch is just to the south. The buffet breakfast is $9. Nice place I would consider staying here again.
I have had the good fortune of staying here a few times. Because of Covid isolation, I am more aware of service now than ever. This time, I am staying for three days. I had the good fortune of seeing Carla Chamblin operate; she assisted us with the A/V system, delivered our meals. Her overall demeanor is professional & courteous & genuinely friendly. A great asset to your business. Thank you, Lloyd Bird

We had such a great stay here! We only stayed one night, we were in town for a wedding. Thankfully we were able to get early check in! Thank you to Alysee (I hope I got that right!) at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. We had a river view king suite room and it’s huge!! The room was very modern and clean, comfortable beds, great ac. We had a late night snack in the restaurant/bar area, service was a tad slow but there was an event happening and I’m sure that effected it. Breakfast the next morning was quick, inexpensive and good! Pool is small but our daughter enjoyed it and the hot tub was perfect! Definitely will stay again if in the area!
