The food was inconsistent. The farmer’s Benedict, oatmeal and avocado toast were excellent. The biscuits and gravy were tasteless and floury. The omelette was good but a bit salty. The staff were great and the location is amazing.

Appalling. I just watched the manager of the place eat over the expo line, sneeze, then go roll silverware before then coming over and putting my check in front of me. Not a single handwash. If that's how the place is run in front of public view, imagine what you CAN'T see!

Oh Huck’s at Pybus wherefore art thou my old friend. Stopped for breakfast yesterday. Eggs Benie has been my favorite go to. Yesterday eggs overcooked, hollendaise like library paste (check your microwaves guys). The service was warm and cheerful as always but wow the heart has gone out of this place. It kinda screams overextended now. Made me sad. I wish I didn’t wish I’d spent my eat out dollars elsewhere.

The food is great! Breakfast is the bomb. Large portions great variety. Kind service and especially cute decor. Vintage looking seats, unique water glasses and bright patterned cloth napkins. Touch of class in the industrial themed Pybus market.

The waitress that was working the closing shift on 8/22/25 was extremely rude. We walked in at 8:27pm cause the website said they closed at 9pm. We just wanted a mimosa but instead before we could say anything waitress that was working said “we’re closed just in case yall wanna order something”. Extremely rude and miserable waitress. Hope yall fix your times.

Would give 5 stars but my daughter and husband arrived around 3:00 on Friday… maybe during a shift change. The server was a female and sat them but then continued to ignore them, my daughter was on her lunch break from work with limited time. We’re a family of restaurant employees so we know the industry. Finally a male server arrived to take care of them. He gave them service, they left him a 30% tip for his service, but were left with an off feeling from the first service that left them sitting there for a long time with no explanation. My husband was left with such a bad feeling he doesn’t want to try again.
