We were a big group (about 20) that landed at the Huck hungry for brunch on New Year's. The hostesses were gracious enough to try and arrange spots for our big group. We got our food in time. The portions were huge and on point for taste.

I've eaten at the Huck a couple of times. The service is always great, and the atmosphere at Pybus is cool. I ordered the Huck Burger and had high hopes. This could be a 5 star burger easy, but for the lack of meat. A thicker, greasy patty would make all the difference. As it stands, the meat was dry, unseasoned ( I think), but most importantly, completely lost in the burger. A lot of potential here, but it was ultimately a disappointment.

I've eaten here 4 times now: on their patio, at their bar seating (kitchen facing), and in their general dining area. I've never had a bad meal. They're friendly, the drink & food options creative and delicious, and located in a really cool facility: Pybus Market. We're lucky to have this as an eating option in such a great locale.

Strangely disappointed…Thought the chicken pot pie would be good but it wasn’t. It was a bland mixture of what appeared to be mixed frozen veggies with very small amount of chicken all diced in a large helping of plain and flavorless white sauce served over a biscuit (as the menu described)…The side salad didn’t redeem the meal choice either. The salad had obviously not been looked over as I put aside a number of thoroughly wilted greens. Seriously. I would have been embarrassed to serve it this way. I should have made my case while there yesterday and did not due to having out of town guests along. We had been more impressed by food quality previously at the Huckleberry restaurant group. Not this time. I will not order this again and had no desire to have the leftovers boxed in a doggie bag for later.
My wife and I went to Huck at Pybus for a date night, and it was a disappointment. We were seated and handed a bottle of lukewarm tap water—no ice in sight. The service was fine, but the food was awful. I ordered fish and chips, and it was soggy and completely flavorless—by far the worst I've ever had. If you decide to eat here, come prepared to season your meal yourself because the cook clearly has no clue what salt and pepper are.

We have been here numerous times and absolutely love this place. With inflation and the world current state we know things cost more but we went out of our way to come here literally for the best chicken tenders in the area even though they are pricey. The portion this time for both orders were so small for the same price that I needed to take a pic. We were so disappointed. I’ve left a side of cole slaw next to the tenders for scale. Sorry for the bad review and hopefully I can edit this next time we visit you.
