Used to be the best restaurant in town. Now quality has started to suffer. 1st service is 5 stars. It can not get better. 2, Ceasar salads came out of a refrigerator. They were cold but limp. No crunch at all. Taste was just average. Nice presentation but limp and boring. 3 Dinners, two had Chinken Parmigiano. Chicken was burnt 50% of the bottom. It was like blackened Chicken Parmigiano. The top half was delicious with lots of cheese. The pasta on the side was cooked perfectly...

The food was great, and the servers were kind and helpful atmosphere was perfect. Unfortunately, the GM, Samantha, nearly ruined the experience.

I watched her make disparaging comments to her staff, speak to customers in a condescending tone, and roll her eyes anytime she had to wait even two seconds for someone to move out of her way. The way she treated people was uncomfortable to watch.

We had the most amazing experience here. From being greeted by Lucas, to being served by Bernardo, the whole experience was truly fantastic. A new core memory was made. The food is beyond any expectation that one may have, we will definitely add this to our future dining plans.
