I really miss the days when crab shacks were everywhere on the coast/sound, so this was a good find when I just wanted some crab but not fussy Seattle crab that's lower quality at 3x the price. The town smells a little... fishy, for obvious reasons. But the views are stellar, the food was delicious and comforting, and the service is not bad, especially for a small town where locals abound. Sat on the upstairs balcony and even on a cool, gray day it wasn't bad.

Seafood here is caught by local fishermen. Clam chowder is amazing and FULL of clam. I had the clam chowder routine, so very delicious!

Food was good , I enjoyed the fresh tuna melt sandwich with little bits of jalapeno in it and shared some fish and chips with my daughter . The processing smell from the fish there can get a little ripe .. so beware of that . Once we were up on the balcony and in the restaurant it seemed to dissapate. The server / cashier seemed put out and annoyed so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise a good experience.
