I came to eat lunch here one Sunday. Staff was incredibly rude, could here them gossiping and being very loud behind the counter one of my worst experiences as a customer.

Cool place, cool staff, cool options of bevs and food. Had a fun time there, was not there that long but it was nice to check out the local shops that so many locals love.

Best breakfast burrito this side of the Columbia! Staff is friendly and always lovely to interact with. I live in town and come here often for breakfast burritos, the tonkatsu plate and the kava. My favorite coffee drink has to be all their options of espresso tonics. The owners are caring and create a warm comforting atmosphere. Come here for a unique menu of food and drinks! Thank you Nativ team <3

Miguel makes an incredible breakfast burrito! So so tasty. I got it with all the add ons. Awesome combo of flavors. Really nice atmosphere, too. So glad I stopped here!

Hands down best coffee in the Gorge!
Delicious mochi muffins and matcha from True Tea in Portland—espresso is from Upper Left Roasters which is one of my faves.
Staff is so welcoming and accommodating! This place can get busy during brunch hours and weekends but it’s worth the wait.
Love you Nativ 🧡

For starters, the staff are incredibly friendly – truly some of the nicest people I’ve encountered. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food looks fantastic.
That said, I have to be honest – the staff DOES NOT know how to make basic coffee drinks or use an espresso machine to save their life. It’s crazy how at a cafe the coffee can be such a major letdown. Simple drinks like Americanos and lattes are being made incorrectly, and are DISGUSTING… which suggests the team hasn’t been properly trained. It’s disappointing, especially when everything else shows so much promise.
Also, it was surprising to see a staff member eating a plated meal while working the front counter. That kind of thing is WILD. And can really affect guests’ perception of professionalism and cleanliness.
There’s a lot of potential here, but some key details – like staff training and front-of-house standards – need urgent attention. Otherwise, this place risks falling into the same trap many small businesses do: great concept, great people, but poor execution. I genuinely hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the improvements needed to succeed long-term.

SOO super happy that I decided to come here before my hike this morning! I got the breakfast burrito with beans & avocado, and truthfully this was one of the best, if not 'The' best, breakfast burrito I have ever tasted. It was literally the perfect serving size and extremely satiating, every flavor was crafted to work together so well. My triple shot oat milk latte with pistachio was also very delicious, I could definitely taste the difference in quality here. Everything was so good that I got back in line and got myself a butter mochi to go, absolutely divine! Seriously. It was the perfect after hike treat for me. This place rocks! I didn't get her name but, I believe I got to speak with the owner, she is so lovely and engaging and you can really notice the passion and quality in everything they are doing here. What a gem of a place. A must visit. I will of course be back.

This was a cute little coffee shop that had great coffee and a really good breakfast quesadilla. Added avocado and sausage for a buck each and I only got 2 pieces of sausage it still tasted super good but I would not pay extra again. This was the only downside of this coffee shop. Definitely recommend and if I'm ever up that way I would for sure go back.

On Saturday I had the best breakfast burrito in my life. From the crispy cheese to the nice baland of egg & onion, the sauce, and the cook & seasoning on the egg itself, everything was perfection. On Sunday I ordered the same thing and was a bit saddened that the burrito didn't have the cheese on it. It was very good on an absolute scale, but missing the triumphant piece to the puzzle. Not sure if I ordered incorrectly, or if it was forgotten by the chef that day. I was feeling too passive to say something at the time. Long story short, make sure to order the burrito with the cheeeeeeese! :D Very delicious drip coffee and mochi as well.
