Whatever you get, make sure you use their hot sauce. The hot sauce that they bring you in a squeeze bottle when they bring your food is one of the best things I've ever tasted in a Mexican restaurant. They can't even leave it at the tables anymore because people stole it. The guacamole and homemade chips is outstanding and I must if you have a table of three or more. I actually prefer the basic tacos over most of the fancy wax. I was not a fan of the Americano, Taco or whatever it was called. The fish taco was great but to be honest it was too much fish. The carnitas, the mushroom taco, and the blackened chicken are all outstanding. The dip that they make out of pumpkin seed is also really good. Overall, it's a super fun menu that has lots of fun and interesting dishes that you won't find in your typical taqueria or Mexican restaurant.

Easy to order at the front counter. Lots of food choices and lots of good beverages. The busing area and the water station is really easy to get to we will be back

Absolutely loved our stop at Pixán! The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully topped with herbs, charred veggies, and perfect garnishes. Crispy chips with creamy guac hit the spot, and the house “Sober” carbonated water with lime was a refreshing touch. Great vibes, solid execution—highly recommend! 🌮✨

Food ordered McDonald style But never came The owner seemed surprised that I didn’t want to wait a half hr for our order on Mother’s Day at an almost empty restaurant with other people served before us who had arrived and order led later than us . The owner said he would give me credit 24 hrs later with some nonsense excuse When I checked he had let the order through I would never go here again and would recommend Everybody’s across the street where the booths are more comfortable As the bench seats at Pixar are hard wood no cushions and the tables are sticky too.

Pixán in White Salmon is an absolute must if you are in the Hood River area! The tacos and drinks are incredible and the staff are genuinely kind and accommodating. They answered the phone, were helpful, and had no trouble working with a severe peanut allergy.

It is also a wonderful spot for families with great booths and plenty of space for little ones to move around. Make the short trip across the river, you will not regret it!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Just moved to White Salmon from the Portland area and this place is better than all the higher end places there. Their burritos and nacho platter are both things I crave on a weekly basis. All the cocktails are very well balanced.

Food was so flavorful and tasted fresh. They had a fun take on some traditional mexican food and a pretty solid drink menu. I got the bistec and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It came with a mushroom sofrito that I could drink like water if they put it in a cup. We also loved the tortillas. A gem.

This place was an absolute shock! High end smart, authentic, Mexican food at a great price. I could see this food selling for $50 a plate in Portland easy. The waitress was amazing and compliments to the chef. Im a total food snob being a chef myself and this was a breath of fresh air! Totally unexpected and appreciated!!!!

Got a whole suite of their tacos. I must say i was told they're great tacos so i came in with high expectations but i think 3 or 4 out of 5 is about right. The taco meat was tasty and well done. But the balance is way off in a surprising way. It s mostly just meat on the tacos. Very little toppings like onion, cilantro or tomato makes these tacos dry to eat. We also got to go, and we didn't get the salsas, so that was even more dry. No cheese is added either which is a real shame because the meat is well prepped so maybe we just got super unlucky. Also we waited 15 minutes for the order because it got lost in the queue and we didn't get a callout. Maybe we just got unlucky, and i hope that's the case, but that's what we experienced

I remember the handmade tortillas… the table service… the kind and personable waitstaff… I remember it all.

Best food we have ever had. The service was wonderful and the food was great. We had a party of 37 people and they were fast and friendly. Thank you so much!
