Recent visitors noted that staff are polite, friendly, and genuinely care about customers, making the visit more enjoyable. Food is consistently hot, melty, and well assembled, with no need to restack burgers. Customers also appreciate the clean environment and the helpfulness of the staff, including a manager who paid for a customer's order when their card wasn't working.
