We enjoy Von's. Yesterday, our reservation was after our round of golf. Had to call and ask to delay our seating as our golf round was taking too long. Von's readily made the adjustment for us and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Food and cocktailes are consistently good. Husband and daughter had pasta entrees. I had the Von's cobb salad .. delish! Son in law had pasta dish which he requested customization to replace the pasta with fries. Von's doesn't...
Service was impeccable. Food was outstanding. Sitting on the patio was perfect. Only issue were the dog(s). One in particular was very the dog did not try to control the dog. In a situation like that they should have been asked to kindly leave.
This place is FIRST RATE in every respect. Recent find of a friend and I've been there 3 times in 2 weeks. Food, Staff, Atmosphere, Wholesome/Delicious Food, a 5% tip program for the kitchen staff . . all just scream GREAT BUSINESS!! I plan to visit often to work through the extraordinary menu - which might take the next year as I want to taste everything! So fun to watch food come out - as every plate is magical. Can't rave enough about their scratch sourdough commitment...
