The service was a bit slow. We had a difficult time placing our order. Thank goodness we went in and didn't take the drive-thru. I can only imagine the hassle that would have caused us. The food was passable. This is the first time I've eaten at Arby's since 1998 and I honestly have to say that the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. Went to this location for the first time today for a late lunch. Everything that was supposed to be hot was piping hot. The fountain drink machine also had that perfect setting so the drink actually tastes like it came out of a can. The food was perfect and the service was excellent. We were so glad we stopped in.
New burgers are really very good and better than any fast food joints... on par with what you'd expect a good burger to be at an actual restaurant. Except Pasco location....skip that. Kennewick and Yakima locations were freshly made and very good. Pasco was "Old and Cold"
