“Absolutely perfect! Toni handled our state-wide company picnic of professionals from beginning to end. The appetizers were fabulous, beautifully displayed and ready the second our first guest arrived, and refilled continuously. The meal was fantastic, fresh, hot and ready at exactly the time we requested. Everyone loved the food, and the nacho machine was an unexpectedly huge hit with our group! People are still raving about the 'green cheese' and asking for more. Toni and staff are highly professional, there is nothing left to chance, and every detail is organized before hand. Even things we'd have never thought to have on hand, she reminded us about. What we wanted when we chose to have our picnic catered, was someone that would handle everything from setup to dessert, with unique food that didn't taste like cafeteria food, and that's exactly what we got. “This family likes to have their kitchen in obscure places. First it was in the back of a gas station mini-mart. It is now renamed as shown and is located in the back of Valley Brewing, as noted. They don't have their own entrance so after winding your way through the crowd in the brewery and past the garage door you'll see a table with a tablet for your order. Once you yell toward the back, hopefully someone will appear. And that's just the beginning. The food is still fresh and tasty and authentic. There are many tables on the covered patio they share with the brewery, which is a nice addition to to-go orders only. Hope you find it because it's worth it. Use GPS because it's actually north of Fruitvale.“
