John & his team catered our outdoor private event for 500 guests, and the food was outstanding from start to finish. The portions were incredibly generous and everything was delicious. Our menu included pulled pork, smoked chicken, coleslaw, smoked mac & cheese and hands down the best potato salad we’ve ever had. We had countless guests asking who the cater was and requesting John’s contact information, which says it all. Their professionalism, attention to detail & exceptional food made our event a huge success. We put the southwest seasoning onto nachos it added such a nice finish. Tonight I added her herb dip seasoning to our stir fried vegetables. Both my husband and I enjoyed the flavor. We are both excited to try more of her seasonings and marinades.“
