I always get two cheeseburgers with extra pickles and they make sure it's getting extra. Great atmosphere. Not always perfect but hardly anything is now a days. This store and the one on yak Ave have the best service

If i could give this a negative review i would. I got food poisoning from this place today, and im positive it was them because its the only thing i ate all day. I dont know what is happening in there but obviously something nasty is.

The place is clean service is prompt and fast the servers are courteous.
The one complaint and only complaint is that the last couple times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the bacon cheeseburger deluxe, and the bacon while cooked is a little un appetizing as it appears to be barely cooked Very floppy and chewy which I had to remove small complaint small potatoes, other than that good experience.

I ordered a small chocolate brownie extreme blizzard because the picture on the menu showed it as fully chocolate ice cream with brownie and chocolate chunks in it. What I got was a cup of vanilla soft serve with some marbled looking chocolate ice cream at the top with about 1 tablespoon each of brownie chunks and chocolate chunks mostly at the top. One I got about 7 bites in, it was all vanilla with a few chocolate specks in it. Completely misrepresented. I am done with this location. Instead of holding the blizzard upside down they should be required to show a core sample to prove they actually use the ingredients they say they do! For $6.00 I can buy a half gallon of good ice cream at the store!

I would've given this place at least 4 stars...had it not been for the actual food being delicious... (when we finally got service) ...overall, 3 stars seems adequate & appropriate.
I took my son and daughter there for what I hoped would be a quick lunch on our way out of town. It was hot, we spent the last 4 hours in the sun watching football and we just wanted a bite to eat before hitting the road.
The drive thru was ridiculously long. I needed to use the restroom but I wanted to order my food first to cut into the waiting around period. There were at least 3 people who were hanging around the counter, avoiding eye contact, keeping their hands busy and ignoring our existence. Knowing it was busy in the drive thru, I was giving grace. We waited patiently... Before I couldn't wait any longer, I decided to use the restroom and told my daughter what to order. As I returned my daughter said, no one had still asked her if she had been helped or could be helped.... Because my son really wanted chicken strips after a double header, he was exhausted, left waiting in the car...we decided to wait again until finally.... A young lady came and took our order. I was nervous at first. She seemed like she had been running around all day and was over managing the front (what looked like, by herself) which clearly no one else wanted to do.... And the task of filling up blizzards and shake orders. Nonetheless, she was polite and knew the menu/deals. She was very helpful. She even flipped the blizzard which my daughter thought was so cool because not everyone does it. We had 3 boxes and 3 drinks...which someone else stacked up & passed it off to us. I wish we were offered a bag or drink caddy to carryout all the food and drinks because there were only two of us and it was very awkward and difficult to carryout. At that point we were tired of waiting around and wanted to hit the road. The chicken strips.... Pretty much is what saved the review. It was nicely sized, hot and delicious. The toast was buttered too. If only the customer service could match... This place would be rated higher....

Not enough counter help working. Enough employees just not work. Talking about co workers calling in and this person and that person isn't here. Customers don't need to hear the gossip! We were on the farthest wall from the counter and heart their conversation

Kids working there are careless about customer service. Rood, always messing around and they are dirty. There should be a dress code to have clean clothes , if you are dirty go change. Not ok. My drinks dripping down every time. They don’t clean them either

Early i had given this establishment high praise. But lately it has not been great, wrong orders, missing food I ordered, attitude from some not all employees, me an grandkids go elsewhere now, taking a break from this establishment.

I frequent this location because of its proximity and food. The blizzards, chicken strips, and fries are always excellent. The drive thru line often stretches all the way into the turning lane on the main road and the process can be slow to get your food here, but they usually do a good job despite the rush and influx of business.
