Terrible service when we came. Very unorganized and once they took out the food they forgot our blizzard. Had a ton of workers yet still was an mess and the annoyed workers weren’t even doing anything. Needs better management.

I go to this Dairy Queen only. I have never had a problem. Got a blizzard and the spoon and cup both smelled like perfume 😔. I could only eat half of it. Thank goodness I only got a small one. Most of the time I love the food and ice cream but sad it smelled. Now it's all over my hands. Gross out. Why?

The staff at the window were unfriendly. She tried to hand me a blizzard that had ice cream all over the side and then gave me attitude when I asked her to wipe it off. Did not supply a single napkin when we ordered 5 ice cream items.

Didn’t have whip cream and I asked for extra pumpkin bites and I didn’t get any. Do better cuz them kids don’t know how to work.

First off the wait was atrocious... like 10 customers got there full orders before i got my single ice cream, i felt as though i was being held captive. Then while waiting me and my friend saw a FAMILY of rats scurry under one of the kitchen tables... im afraid the chocolate sprinkles are not chocolate sprinkles.... and even worse the manager saw these rats and just casually walked away?? Does ratatouille run this establishment or is the manager the rat king???? Also the cashier that cashed us out was near tears... i just asked for ice cream, its not that deep bro. I felt like I was holding the poor man at gun point... please remove of the kitchen rats... or atleast have them teach the cooks how to actually cook. Thank you!

I went here twice while in Yakima. I forgot which blizzard I bought, but I quickly devoured it. I wish I took note of it. It was maybe Crunch flavored. The second time I had a chocolate extreme. The first time it was not very clean as there was a lot of garbage piled up, and the cashier was super quiet. The second time was much better though.

This was a great escape from the hecticness of cousins at the house I was staying at in town.

I will be back here again next year.

The worker was rude she took a long time to make it when she just had to turn around and do it their was no other orders most of the employee were talking and not doing their job. The customers were weird and were staring at us I do not recommend accept for the food ig.
