Check out this new gem in West Valley!!!Had lunch with my daughter Courtney there today. First time to Grand Monarca...and it is so close to home!!! Awesome menu...great food and flavors...Upscale menu and atmosphere!!!Hubby LOVED the Enchiladas I brought home to him...great sauce flavors and beans!!!
The food is very delicious. I can't comment on the atmosphere of the place because we have always ordered takeout. But when it comes to food, attention, speed of service, they are the best in the city.Congratulations ? and I hope they continue like this or improve. We will continue to be your clients ?

The food was delicious. I only docked a star because of the price of the tacos. I got the quesabirria con consome(don't think I spelled that right) they were greasy but crisp and cheesy and had a lot of flavor. They serve chips, salsa, and beans to every table. The salsa was very mild. Little to no spice, but they definitely made up for that with the salsa that they serve with the food. I regretted underestimating the spice!
