Overall, not bad. The atmosphere is very pretty and the food is as expected. The only issue I have is with the service. My waiter acted inconvenienced with my presence, I felt as if I should have left. Several other employees were nice, and the manager was nowhere to be found. They were not receptive to feedback of any kind.
Very few customers, yet had to wait to be seated.
1 dish was presentable, and the other 2 looked unprofessional as it gets. Great grandson's chicken nuggets & fries overcooked just tossed on his plate. My dish was slopped together, too. Sour cream was a total mess on top. Never will go there again.

Have never had a bad meal here. The servings are large even at lunch time. The service is great and the people are warm and friendly. The prices are the same as every other restaurant in the area. We drive over the mountain passes for a day drive so we can eat at El Porton's, takes us 2 1/2 hours. We make at least three trips a year and would be more if it wasn't for the winter weather. Can't wait for the next trip for lunch.
