This is the worst bar in Yakima! Bartender Frank is the rudest person you will ever meet in service industry and the business itself is a joke! They block you from facebook and instagram if you complain to them! They will never make it right to their customers! Only thing they care is to be rude and get your money! Stay away from them and support businesses in Yakima that are actually nice and care about their customers! Not this one!
Very rude staff! I complained about how I was treated by this bartender called Frank and they blocked me from instagram and facebook instead of being nice about it and dealing with their problem! They prefer to delete and block people instead of doing the right thing! Stay away from this place! They treat you like garbage and don’t care if you exist or not!
Stay away from this bartender called Frank! He is so rude and doesn’t even ask you what you need! He had the audacity to tell me he doesn’t appreciate my attitude!!! Hahahhaha! He never checked on us to see if we are ok or do we need anything! If this bar keeps Frank around, they will lose all their business! There are many other bars in Yakima with nice staff! This one isn’t it!
