“Grew up in Yakima as a kid in the 50's. Our family were fans of your big delicious hamburgers for 25 cents each! Then the price went up in the 60's to 50 cents each. Well, I just had to stop for a hamburger with my siblings sometime in 1983, I think and the same favorite hamburgers were a $1.50 each. What a treat to see the building be the same place when we were kids! On the day we were there, you were just finishing a new paint job on the building. Thank you for the memories.“

“Service was great, our waitress was attentive and friendly. Quaint atmosphere, we really enjoyed the cantina feel. The food was delicious, for me, but it was a little too spicy for my wife. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. She ate most of it, because it was great, but ooowwww the burn.... just a word of caution if your not use to great spicy food, this place kicks it up...?

Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian option that we found, a veggie burrito, but it was pretty big and tasted amazing. Free chips and salsa when you get there, careful the salsa has a bite, but is also full of flavor and obviously fresh.“

“Loved it as a kid years and years... always the best place for soft serve icecream and still is the best. Even after all these years it hasn't changed!!! Love it!!! I completely recommend taking your kids or family and friends there to get icecream and anything else as they have a good menu selection and great customer service!!! So glad this hidden gem is still around. Help support local small businesses and get great food and icecreams!
