Customer service needs to improve, had a rude experience right when walking in. The girl with the purple hair just standing there not greeting or a simple smile looks like she didn’t want to be there. But other than that their ice cream and boba are delicious.

I recently stopped by Icy Tai with a group of guys to grab something sweet, and it ended up being a really fun stop. The place had a relaxed atmosphere and felt welcoming as soon as we walked in. It was clean, bright, and had a nice setup that made it easy to hang out for a little while instead of just grabbing dessert and leaving.
