Such poor service I was baffled when I was ungreeted by a lady who just flung my bag towards me like she was just wanting to get rid of me. I asked her if I can get ranch, she quickly said ranch is in the bag with a disgusting attitude as if I had the audacity to ask her for ranch than slammed the window in my face before I could say anything else. Clearly she has no respect for the customers and I’m shocked to see this is allowed at this jack in the box after reading previous reviews from 8 months ago it shows that the manager or whoever is in charge of this jack in the box has done nothing to handle this situation but instead to allow this type of rude ignorant behavior to still be in effect which shows customers a great lack of respect.Edited Review. I had to go back through drive thru because I did not get my whole order. This wouldn’t have happened if she wasn’t there shutting me out.3rd edit. Tried to eat the chicken wrap and It is soaked in heavy heavy sauce it is disgusting. They couldn’t even take their time with my food and do it properly. I tried calling 6 times in a row and it just rings. How can you get any type of assistance if no one EVER ANSWERS THE GOD DAMN PHONE!!!!!!!

It's been several years since I've had the pleasure of dining in at the Jack in the box. Thank you team for a nice setting and your great service. The food is always Soo yummy ? and delicious and the Bacon ultimate burger is awesome as usual with pickles, lettuce and mayo. No catsup or mustard. Perfecto!! Thanks again! ?

I ordered a junior Jack and added cheese. I got my order there was no cheese on my burger they gave me a tiny old tomato and the butt of the lettuce.. I tried calling and letting them know so I wouldn't have to leave a review but nobody would answer of course... Quality
Pretty good Jack in the Box. Went through the drive though on 10/07/2023. We were craving something familiar after traveling and stopping at local places. Got their chicken nuggets and Sourdough Jack. It was all good and their iced mocha was actually pretty good for fast food coffee.

Always a trashy Jack's frequented by lots of homeless people. Restaurant is never clean. They fake their drive times, got pulled and parked with no one behind me. This Jack's is poorly run. Too bad it doesn't seem like Ben, the District Manager really cares how this place is run because same problems for 7 years now. Restaurant is always dirty and workers seem skeezy.

Jack wasn't there and I was very sad, I cried all morning , but it's okay hopefully he's there next time. The homeless dude outside gave me some rock candy or something. Homeless guy gets 5 stars .

Prices have crept up a little in the past year but each combo is usually a large sandwich the will fill you up. Their variety is fantastic, too.
