I love the whole crew I regularly visit Yakima and was across the street at the gas station i forgot about the automatic lock and needed to go back in the store well... i left my keys in the car ....running...with my dog...a man helped as much as he could but was late to work.. so i ran to jack in the box started crying in their drive thru and got out the story and too the rescue they came ...Cannot praise being a wonderful human enough!!
I hadn't went to jack in the box in a while, but that burger was soooo good. Better than some more expensive places. Omg I'm not a cheeseburger person but when I'm in the mood I'm definitely coming to this location. The female working the window was pleasant as well. Food was accurate and nothing missing. 👍👍
A lot of Jack-in-the-Box’s will tell you after 11:00 to 12:00 at night that their shake machine is down for the night due to cleaning or whatever. But this Jack-in-the-Box they cleaned their machine and it’s right back in action does not matter the hour!! because sometimes I like to drink milkshakes at 2am or 3:45am. You can count on these guys to have there shake machine’s up and running and I appreciate that big time!!!

Jack In The Box offers a nice setting with delicious food. The Bacon Ultimate Burger with pickles, lettuce, and mayo is awesome, no ketchup or mustard. The drive-thru service is good, with tasty chicken nuggets and Sourdough Jack, although the mic's sometimes cause issues with orders. Employees like Isaiah provide great help and are very nice and understanding. The iced mocha is surprisingly good for fast food coffee. The restaurant has good deals available, including 2 for 1 deals on bacon cheeseburgers, and food is always hot and tastes good.
