as a worker here we are very busy and on our busiest days the wait can be up to 45 mins as we have online, door dash, portal, call in, and walk in orders. sometimes we can't get to the phone not can we keep things in stock as the orders pop up it needs that we are doing the best we can to get the orders out. I work taking the orders out and boxing them (landing) I try to get every order right and as the customer wants it. I will not send a order out that is not up to my expectations....read full review
