Once upon a time I spent a few years on the wet side of the State and ate pho two to three times a week. My Ma Dim Sum takes me back to those days. The pho with rare beef is exactly the pho I've been looking for.
They have the best pho in town—highly recommended! The flavors are authentic, the broth is rich and well-balanced, and the overall quality is outstanding. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area.
The Bahn Mi Pork sandwich is delicious, and so are the spring rolls! If I lived here I would probably go once a week, as the prices aren't bad either. Definitely recommend, and will try it again next time I am in Yakima.
