Food is always fresh but I'm usually missing sauces or nuggets. About a week ago I was missing cookies as well. I've called and they have me come back to get my item(s) BUT it gets discouraging when every 2nd or 3rd order I have to go back down to get them.

We went to this location today - on Christmas on my way home from work. It wasn’t the best day but Rodney was amazing. He ordered for my husband and I on the kiosk that we hate. He asked about our day and told us about the rain in Missouri. He has been a true light in our day and is exactly what this world needs more of! I sincerely hope he is paid well and is 100% the reason I will now drive out of my way to visit this McDonads over any other in town.
