When we ordered our food in the drive-thru, some of the entrees weren't quite ready so the staff had us pull forward and wait. We had to wait for over 10 minutes but the staff came and apologized and then gave us an extra side of teriyaki chicken because it took longer. Very good service and very kind staff!
Black Pepper sirloin steak premium was extra cost. And no brocoli in it , just the hard stems, what a dissapointment with this meal. Do better panda, I guess you got to go in to get better service?? Maybe?
Service is always been good they made a big mistake going from paper bags to plastic bags which cost eight cents plastic bags are unstable and you can end up with a mess in your bag or in your car it was not a good idea for them to start using plastic bags I know because I had to clean my car out from the mess that the plastic bag caused it was a complete bad idea to go from paper bags to plastic bags and probably if you ask them to pay for the cleaning of your car from the mess...
