The staff here is not friendly. I’ve visited multiple times and I’m always surprised at how unfriendly the staff is. Their food is good but super disappointed at the attitude. I’m not requesting anything like a special request, just ordering food. What a bummer.
A lot of people complain in these reviews but I enjoyed it. The workers were friendly, the food was good and fresh and the place was clean. They were very busy but everyone seemed to get their food in a reasonable time.
When we ordered our food in the drive-thru, some of the entrees weren't quite ready so the staff had us pull forward and wait. We had to wait for over 10 minutes but the staff came and apologized and then gave us an extra side of teriyaki chicken because it took longer. Very good service and very kind staff!
