Miss Peggy makes every experience at Popeyes superb. She has so many great suggestions and offers me the best deal for what I want! And Im always able to feed my whole crew for a great price too! She even had a very upset customer that she took care of as best she could while waiting for a manager to take care of them the other day when I was there. She really should be one of your management team because she definitely knows what she's doing and she works her butt off with...
I've said it before but Peggy really is the total package at Popeyes! Why she's not management baffles my mind. Y'all really need to step it up and promote miss Peggy already. She is very driven, friendly and always delivers service with a smile and all the southern hospitality that Popeyes is about. Whoever is in charge of promotions really needs to see this and put miss Peggy in the position she's meant to be in!
Peggy is the real MVP at this location. She is super helpful, motivated and greets you with a smile! She even made our doggo feel special! Now that's true customer service. She should be in management there, hope this reaches upper management! Go Peggy!
