Ron's is a staple of the Yakima community. Awesome food, great service and all at a reasonable price. They have the best ice cream in the entire valley! My family and I all got 5 medium cups of soft serve and a large fry and paid less than $40. Spending that little in this economy is a rarity. My parents took me to Ron's when I was a child, and thankfully, 30 years later I can do the same with my kids.

customer service is horrible. Me and my sister went to order ice cream and we sat down further from the window because there was more shade there. Our first ice cream was ready and it was some bald guy calling it out to us and as we were getting up to go get it he says “ you guys don’t need to be so far she’s bringing out your order” in an extremely rude tone. We weren’t even far and there were no orders beside us at this point. I’ve been a customer for years and this place has always had iffy customer service but today ruined it for me, won’t be back.

Honestly gross. All of the food had a hint of rancid oil. Waited quite a while for burgers and tots and then couldn't stomach it.

Rons opens at 11 on Saturdays. I went at 11:45 and waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. There were no other customers.
For a small business with relatively high prices compared to other similar establishments, you'd think they'd appreciate the business. Save your money and go somewhere that wants you to be there.
