I had to tell the employee 4 times I wanted a footlong. He would say 6 in and I would respond a footlong. The final time I had to yell and said for the 4th time!!!! I ordered avocado and the young lady was scrapping the container instead of getting fresh one! The Subway app was also not functioning!

I ordered on the app. When I went to puck it up, they were out of meatballs. It was for my granddaughter, who is extremely limited in her pallet and only wanted meatballs and settled for ham and cheese. You would've thought that they would've offered her a cookie or bag of chips or something for her sacrifice. But, she didn't.
