I hired them for my backyard wedding. They were so easy to work with. They created a simple taco menu for my guests and simple pricing method for us. Our guests raved about their food. Considering we had over 100 guests, the lune was never very long. So happy I used El Jefe!

Just a short hop off the highway you can find this local gem. We stopped by on a trip from Seattle to Boise. First off, the service was absolutely 10 out of 10. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. We got adobado tacos that were astounding. These tacos are as close to perfection as I've ever had! They have a nice shaded eating space as well. This is well worth a short detour for unbelievable quality and service!

Give this place a shot! I drove by and was at first reluctant to enter due to chain link fence. The food was very good and tasty. Fyi the red salsa is SPICY! We preferred the green salsa. I'll go back again. Cute flowers set up on little seating area that made by wait enjoyable.
