The food was really good and the customer service was awesome! The only downsides were that the prices are a little on the higher end and the wait time was about double of a regular drive-thru. If you have the time and a little extra cash though, you make it back in the quality of food!

The food is genuine quality, it takes a bit longer to receive the food but that’s because this isn’t a McDonald’s. The patties are thicker and juicier! It’s a restaurant quality burger but fast food. I had such a great experience at The Habit Burger Grill today! Even though I went through the drive-through around 4:30 PM on 10/22, the customer service truly stood out. I had a question about beverage refills, and one of the staff members kindly said she would check with her manager. The manager on shift was absolutely amazinghe took the time to assist me personally and explained everything clearly and politely.
