Your standard Taco Bell experience here. The food comes out exactly as you'd expect from any Taco Bell - sometimes it's spot-on, other times it's a bit messy or items are missing. Drive-thru times are average, though it can get backed up during peak lunch and dinner hours. The dining room is kept reasonably clean, and the staff is generally friendly enough. So today around lunchtime, I ordered food for myself, my kid and my lady. We had a small wait at the window so we were eager to get home to eat. I say this because we didn't check the bag. I was missing 2 of the chicken little sandwiches! Heartbreak. I then grabbed the stk, extra stk burrito I ordered. No extra stk! Again, Heartbreak. My wife went back and they sent me this beaut. It's not about messing up, we all make mistakes. It's about how you make it right....
