I had an idea of what I wanted and sent a picture of the cake I liked with my email. They gave me a very fair quote and were available to make it for us in time for the birthday. We faced a few hiccups due to emergencies on our end and had to move the pickup date a couple of times and Jess and Duane were very understanding and accommodating. In the end, we got a beautiful and delicious cake for our girl’s birthday and it was such a positive experience. I cannot but recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you, Jess!“

I've only ever had one bad cake from there and it was because whoever made it, covered up my custom picture partly with a border and didn't put the sides on right, but otherwise every other cake I've ever gotten was perfect, tasty and always done on time. I love going to the bakery. It's so decently priced and the cake and buttercream is the best! I come here for more than just custom cakes too.“

“I use the app as I was told you’d get your order faster, that’s not the case. They serve the line that’s out the door that keeps coming before bringing out your order. I waited 20 mins and called. I don’t have time to sit and wait when I picked a scheduled time to pick up my order, it should be ready for me to pick up within minutes of me clicking here. I totally get it’s busy, I’ve been in customer service and the food industry so I feel like a Karen but was quite irritated about the wait that I canceled my order because I didn’t have the time to wait any longer.“
