Love this Crumbl way over Woodbury, MN. They push the top of the cookie down which provides an even bake, no doughy center! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the corporate who describes cookies. One was described as a strawberry cookie and there was absolutely nothing strawberry about it. Not the fault of the individual business. My mom is a frequent shopper, and I’ve been in a few times. Service is always fast and friendly, and the cookies are AMAZING. Tonight I had the privilege to serve the owner at one of my tables in the restaurant I work at. She was so nice that she asked me when I was off, went to the store, and brought me back some cookies. My first time at Crumbl and was very impressed how fast the service was. I'd been hearing many people have to wait about 20-30 minutes in line even if they ordered online. I was in and out within 7-10 minutes.
