Crumbl offers a variety of cookies, with the chocolate chip cookie noted as warm and delicious. The featured cookies were all available, and service was quick. However, the staff could be more friendly, as a greeting, smile, or "thank you" would have been nice. The food received a 10 out of 10, with the "Mom’s Cookie" being an absolute favorite for a first-time visitor who found the cookies to be everything and some good cookies. Despite this, some reviewers find the cookies always seem so dry and feel underwhelmed. Using the app did not result in a faster order, as one customer waited 20 minutes for a scheduled pickup and canceled the order due to the wait. Parking can be an issue, as some people suck at parking. Some customers suggest the restaurant should be open 24/7 for pregnancy eaters and others craving the cookies.
