“I use the app as I was told you’d get your order faster, that’s not the case. They serve the line that’s out the door that keeps coming before bringing out your order. I waited 20 mins and called. I don’t have time to sit and wait when I picked a scheduled time to pick up my order, it should be ready for me to pick up within minutes of me clicking here. I totally get it’s busy, I’ve been in customer service and the food industry so I feel like a Karen but was quite irritated about the wait that I canceled my order because I didn’t have the time to wait any longer.“

“Amazing experience. The manager was super chill and joked with my friend group while we ate. Peak ice cream and warm cookies in the middle of the night. Theyve even got vegan stuff.
