If you have not tried this place, this is a must. The cookies are small in size but perfect to be able to try multiple flavors. The staff was kind and very helpful.
Amazing experience. The manager was super chill and joked with my friend group while we ate. Peak ice cream and warm cookies in the middle of the night. Theyve even got vegan stuff.
Edit: Forgot to add, you can get their app and make an account for a free cookie if you aren't sure you'll like their stuff (you will, the cookies rock)

Insomnia Cookies in Eau Claire has proven to be a fantastic and delicious addition. The store is super cute and spacious. Cookies, including vegan cookies, and ice cream are consistently fantastic, warm, and the perfect combination of chewy and crunchy. Orders are always correct, with friendly and super nice service during pick up. Customers are excited about this location and have ordered multiple times since it opened.
