“I use the app as I was told you’d get your order faster, that’s not the case. They serve the line that’s out the door that keeps coming before bringing out your order. I waited 20 mins and called. I don’t have time to sit and wait when I picked a scheduled time to pick up my order, it should be ready for me to pick up within minutes of me clicking here. I totally get it’s busy, I’ve been in customer service and the food industry so I feel like a Karen but was quite irritated about the wait that I canceled my order because I didn’t have the time to wait any longer.“

“I come to Culver’s pretty much every week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes great every time I go. The place has a really chill, relaxed vibe, which makes it a nice spot to hang out with friends or just grab a quick meal. Overall, it’s super consistent and definitely one of my favorite places to eat with my friends.“

“Thank you to the amazing staff at Culver’s tonight!!! I went through the drive-up and ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I asked the employee at the window if he could put my order on hold while I ran home and got it. He told me “No”. He grabbed one of his coworkers and they told me not to worry about it. I offered to call with my card when I got home or to come pay for it tomorrow and they told me they were taking care of it! Being the crazy world it is right now, they were wearing masks so I couldn’t see their faces to remember who they were... but I saw the kindness they showed me and that is something I will remember! 🥰“

“It was a nice treat to stop for a blizzard at the Dairy Queen at OakWood Mall. They do not have the capability of using the app features that some of the newer stores have just so you are aware if you want the app only specials. They do make great blizzards and they have been at the mall for many years, as long as I can remember. For a quick cone or shake or whatever you're in the mood for they are sure to satisfy your needs. Entrance is through the main entrance of the mall in the Cafe Court area so they are easy to find. Enjoy before a movie or while shopping, or anytime you visit Oakwood Mall.“

“Great service, great owner, Andre. This small business and owner deserve your business! There was a line when I arrived and I overheard a woman say to the man behind the counter “I’m sorry for what you’re going through”. This made me believe he was alone, and he was. When it was my turn to place my order the line had already made it out the door. I asked the man directly if he was there alone and he said he was. Turns out he had 10 min notice from employees that they couldn’t go to work that day. Andre made it in and served people all day with a smile on his face with a “show must go on” perspective, and positivity in his demeanor. I will be back! Thank you Andre for our pup cup too!“
