“Super friendly place. I've been going there for many, many years, and I have never had 1 complaint!!! I consider Culver's a top-shelf fast food restaurant....but it doesn't look , taste, or have the later onslaught of stomach issues after!!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessable“
“Entering the Dairy Queen in this quaint little town feels like stepping back in time, but not in a charming way. The outdated decor is a mishmash of faded pastel colors and worn-out booths, giving off a vibe that's more tired than nostalgic.Unfortunately, the menu doesn't offer much to redeem the experience. The soft-serve ice cream seems to have lost its creaminess, tasting more like frozen sugar water than a delightful treat. The selection of toppings is sparse and uninspired, leaving customers longing for more variety and flavor. However, amidst the disappointment, there is a shining beacon: the service. Despite the lackluster offerings, the staff here are surprisingly attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customers feel welcomed and satisfied, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests with a smile. But even with good service, it's hard to overlook the shortcomings of Dairy Queen in Tomah. The outdoor seating area remains uninviting, with broken benches and no tables detracting from any semblance of ambiance.Overall, while the service may be a bright spot, it's not enough to compensate for the lackluster food and atmosphere. Dairy Queen in Smalltown still has a long way to go before it can truly compete with other ice cream establishments in the area.“
“If you don’t know it’s there you would probably pass it by. It looks like a farm house with only a small sign that is easily missed. The ice cream was some of the best I have had though and I will definitely go there again if in the area.“
