“Very large McDonald’s restaurant off I-94 near Tomah, WI. The kid that took our order may have been one of the best fast food servers I have ever experienced. Knew his stuff and did it well. Very polite. We dined in and got served fast. Nice experience for eating at a McDonald’s.“
“Best BK experience I've ever had. We were on our way home from a 4 hr trip north, and stopped here with the hope we could be back on the road in 15 minutes, eating on the road. We were on the road again in less than 10 minutes after receiving friendly service, an order full of special requests (plain sandwiches, no tomato, onion rings subbed for fries) and completely accurate and, best of all...they allowed us to use 3 coupons in one order rather than the ones near home who flat out refuse to do so. We fed 2 very hungry adults and 1 starving teenager for $15 - unheard of anywhere else. And we each had enough food left over for another meal - which the dog truly appreciated ? Thank you for making this such a great experience! If only the Kenosha BKs would do the same!Dietary restrictions: 2 plain chicken sandwiches, 2 plain bacon cheeseburgers, 2 Jr whoppers with no tomatoes, onion rings instead of fries...they did it all! That may not be what this review section was looking for in terms of dietary restrictions, but it was HUGE for us.“
“Legit little dive bar in Tomah. They have a few slot machines and a pool table. Our bartender was very attentive considering the amount of people that were there. Seems like a lot of locals come to this place. Although they do sell food items, I didn't get a chance to try any but I heard their burgers are food. I'll have to try and come back.“
“Entering the Dairy Queen in this quaint little town feels like stepping back in time, but not in a charming way. The outdated decor is a mishmash of faded pastel colors and worn-out booths, giving off a vibe that's more tired than nostalgic.Unfortunately, the menu doesn't offer much to redeem the experience. The soft-serve ice cream seems to have lost its creaminess, tasting more like frozen sugar water than a delightful treat. The selection of toppings is sparse and uninspired, leaving customers longing for more variety and flavor. However, amidst the disappointment, there is a shining beacon: the service. Despite the lackluster offerings, the staff here are surprisingly attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customers feel welcomed and satisfied, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests with a smile. But even with good service, it's hard to overlook the shortcomings of Dairy Queen in Tomah. The outdoor seating area remains uninviting, with broken benches and no tables detracting from any semblance of ambiance.Overall, while the service may be a bright spot, it's not enough to compensate for the lackluster food and atmosphere. Dairy Queen in Smalltown still has a long way to go before it can truly compete with other ice cream establishments in the area.“
“Stopped in on New Years day while traveling between MN and MKE, a little out of the way. They had a spread of food out and karaoke, but since we weren't locals we opted to order off the menu. Seating was limited aside from the very large bar. We had a mix of burgers and sandwiches. Food quality was proportional to the price. I would stop there again. Friendly local crowd.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly“
“Their Mushroom and Swiss burgers are to die for. The one we stopped at was easy access off the interstate. Was clean and the prices were reasonable.Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant. There is also a convenience store attached to the Hardee's restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicapped parking in front of the restaurant.“
“Super friendly place. I've been going there for many, many years, and I have never had 1 complaint!!! I consider Culver's a top-shelf fast food restaurant....but it doesn't look , taste, or have the later onslaught of stomach issues after!!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessable“
