“Customer Service was AMAZING!!! My wife has been collecting some of the World Cup Squishmallows, so we stopped a different McDonald's first and asked what did they have so we didn't get the same one and they completely refused to even look (we were the only customers in line, so they weren't busy). I decided to call this McDonald's and spoke to Cowen who took 2 minutes to go look and had a detailed list of all there options, he even told me when ordering we could request a specific squishmallow if they had it, he was incredibly polite and professional. My wife drove to this location and the individual at the front counter (apologize didn't get his name) was also extremely helpful and polite and let her know the different available options. The workers here are wonderful, respectful, polite & patient. Thankyou for taking the extra minute to go above and beyond.“

“Every time we've ordered delivery we have had multiple item missing from the order. Drinks, deserts, sauces etc. Don't put proper lids on sundaes so those spilled everywhere. Reoccurring issues. That being said when we called, the manager said he would make it right. We stopped in he got us the missing food and remade the desserts that got spilled. Props to the manager, changed my whole opinion of this location.“

“Today my son was at the Culver’s in Onalaska, WI by the high school for lunch. He had no money and had called to try to get money sent to his phone so he could eat with his friends. I called the store to see if I could pay for his food over the phone. The lady who answered explained that she couldn’t take payment over the phone but she would pay for his meal. I said I would pay her back and she said don’t worry about it. She met him by the ice cream cooler and paid for his meal. She was so kind and didn’t even think twice. For someone who probably had a lot more to worry about - like the 60+ kids in her lobby waiting for food, she stopped and used her own money to help my son out. Incredible! I didn’t quite catch her name so will be going in on Friday to see if I can find her to thank her! Incredible person!“

“Very clean, nice staff, good food, and when they make your food wrong even when you are very specific about what you want on it because you have allergies and will get violently sick if you have it. They were apologetic and got me the right food very quickly. It was also then 1 of our best experiences with the food after that.“

“walked around the entire bar & restaurant twice-not a worker in sight so we seated ourselves. took 10 minutes for someone to notice. this was at 1 pm on a Friday-probably 15 people total in bar & dining area. waitress was not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about menu. burgers were overcooked but tasty. chicken wrap was delicious. house made ranch was superb. our waitress brought our drinks & the bill-that's the only time we saw her“

“Regardless of the price, there are only a couple places that serve burgers and fries this good, Five Guys is 1 of them. I smashed a double patty melt BLT style and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. Staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. Definitely recommend checking it out..“
