“This place is a really great option for lunch! Delicious food and amazing smoothies. Food always come out fast and is really tasty. Lots of options on the menu as well. We like to come here as an alternative to Saturday/sunday brunch when other places have a long wait.“
“A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered my food to go, got home, and realized it was messed up. What happened was, I had gotten a large cheese curd instead of a large French fry. Now I know normally that would be a good thing, but I had already gotten a family size cheese curd as well, so I didn't want anymore curds, I wanted the fries. And it's still very strange to me how that happened, because I saw with my own two eyes the cashier ringing up a large French fry, so maybe she messed up later on and I didn't see it, I have no idea. Long story short, I was pretty upset as I had already had a terrible day at work, so I called the corporate number to explain what happened. The next day, I get a call from the manager of the Culver's, (I believe his name is Dan) telling me that he's sorry that happened and that I'll be getting a letter in the mail with some coupons for free stuff, as well as the money for the large curd. A few days go by and I get the letter. In it was 7 dollars, a coupon for a free value basket, and a coupon for a free medium French fry. I want to say that I greatly appreciate the manager of this Culver's as well as all of the other employees. Yall are doing an excellent job. Even when they screwed up, they apologized and made it right. That's exactly what I'm looking for in an establishment like this. This Culver's has permanently earned my respect for how they handled that situation.“
“Ran over from Great Wolf for breakfast and then back later in our trip for ice cream. The service and staff was great! Kids always love the ice cream and the store was clean and displays looked enticing. You guys inspired me to order a Turkey cake for Thanksgiving (from my local store).“
“Super convenient to have a great ice cream spot inside the wilderness . They are expensive but it’s totally worth it. Ice cream taste great and the lines move quickly so your not waiting forever . The hours seem to vary depending on the season. Overall great experience and the staff is super nice“
“Food was great and warm! We were there on a Friday night and it was so packed! Now I get it was very busy but we waited for our food for 30 plus minutes! I was not happy because a guy that ordered similar food to us ten minutes after we ordered got his food first!Also there was this red head that served food out and she was not wearing gloves! I even saw her touch someone else's fries.And the only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the assistant manager! He was a great guy that made sure our wait was pleasant and came over and talked to us for a little bit to explain what was going on. The poor guy had an employee walk out in their shift!Also I don't know his name but the guy who was doing the ice cream stuff had his stuff in order! Man he knew what he was doing and he wasted no time.I recommend going here but just if it is busy expect to wait a little bit longer.Also if they are serving you without wearing gloves feel more than free to ask them to please put a pair on. It's not right that other people touch your food without Gloves!But all in all it was great food and I had a fun experience!! ??“
“This Culver's was spotless. The lady at the register was extremely polite. Hospitality 110%. I didn't get much off the menu, 6p jumbo shrimp, son had kids chicken tenders.Parking: Plenty of free parking close to building.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.“
“This is an old timey ice cream shop! Fantastic selection of ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes etc... The service is great and I love the interior of this shop, so unique. This is right off the square in Baraboo, have a great treat while shopping downtown Baraboo!“
