Merrimac Ferry Landing Concessions is currently the Chocolate Shop a regional ice cream shop that is quite good and one of two ice cream stand options at the ferry crossing. One stand on each side and an on going debate which is better. They are both awesome and both serve blue moon. A flavor only available in the Midwest. Great variety of flavors and top notch quality makes this a must stop for all ferry crossings
Lovely little stand to stop at while waiting for the ferry. A lot of ice cream flavors. Waffle and cake cones with generous portions. Kids size available. Fresh popcorn, nachos, slushies, water, and soda are also available.

It’s such a treat to get a come out a cup of Ice Cream Shoppe ice cream while you wait to cross the Wisconsin River on the Merrimac Ferry! Plenty in great flavors served up in waffle and cake cones! There’s nice tables to sit and watch the action and the service staff is super friendly!
