They forgot to give us chocolate milk for my daughter, but as soon as we let them know, an employee very quickly brought us one and apologized for the inconvenience. There were plenty of clean tables to choose from and the bathroom was clean, despite how busy they were.“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. Also to mention I have never seen a Culver’s until now with TV pricing/images instead of Paper, cool addition but also was confusing at first.“
