“Me and another woman were in to get some ice cream and me a Cappy. Unfortunately the store was out of the elderly ladies favorite ice cream. So she was looking at the donuts. She then decided on what one she wanted. The young man working gave the donut to her for free. She was so grateful. The smile on her face when she got the donut made my day. Which I had just come from a Dr appointment and was upset with the out come of that. Just know that whoever he is working there is sweet and hope good things come your way.“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“I put in an online pick up order and at the time I went to pick it up a rather large influx of people walked in, and my order wasn’t ready, cool cool, so I patiently waited. I finally received an order, it wasn’t mine, but I enjoyed a dirt cake shake and root beer float. My original order was a chocolate shake. Thanks for putting me onto the dirt cake shake!“

“Excellent burgers and fresh cut fries. Topping choices are numerous, even including green chillies. The Mooyah sauce is like Big Mac sauce, and is very good if you like that. Evan Case did a great job with our split order, waiting to prepare the to-go part of the order until we were about finished with our dine-in food.“

In looking at the previous reviews, It is a bit shocking to me how many people come here to complain about service. Good grief! I hope they at least ask for a bit more of something (more carmel or strawberry juice- whatever) instead of coming here to complain. Nevertheless, always grateful for ice cream and Orange Julius in the heat of summer. It’s always tasty! Plus, it makes me smile and so happy to see all the young people you employ! “For fast food the burgers were very good the fries were also very good. The quality of the food was outstanding for fast food. The price was also very good. This isn't anything gourmet but definitely worth the price. Hands down better than other fast food competitors. I really liked that there was malt vinegar available as a condiment for the fries. The menu is relatively simply which shows they are focused on doing what they do well. For what is an typical fast food hamburger joint everything ran smooth and was pleasant. If you are looking for a really good fast burger and fresh cut fries that were frozen and don't want to pay 30 plus dollars at five guys this is the place to go. I would say the food stacks up better than five guys at about half the price.“

“We stopped at this Madison WI Culvers on our way to Rockford today and our 16mo made friends walking around the restaurant after we ate. The manager was so nice to her, gave her 2 stuffies and meal cards for our next stop through! Thanks, Ana! We'll see you again in a few weeks. :)“

“Delivery, my RC was FCFS from 7:30am - 2:30pm. They are open from. I checked in at 11am and checked out at 12pm. Just follow the signs for shipping and receiving, you will figure out. Building 2 and dock 9 it’s little bit hard to park but overall it’s good. I’m not sure for overnight parking. This is a good company.“

“Parking lot and building was clean. Food looked good I got a butter burger w/ lettuce, mustard and pickle. Also, a cooler with mango and strawberry. The burger was good it just had lettuce on it that was slimy mixed with some good crunchy pieces“

Conveniently located in McFarland and along a busy road US-51.
Team members are very friendly especially the cashiers.
The Butter burger and frozen custard I ordered was great in quality,taste and temperature.
The lobby/seating area/interior was very clean.

Also to mention I have never seen a Culver’s until now with TV pricing/images instead of Paper, cool addition but also was confusing at first.“

“We dined at 12:30 on a Friday and we were shocked that the parking lot was basically empty. We had the smoking jalapeno chicken sandwich and burger. The burger was great but the chicken sandwich was one of the best we've ever had. We made it a combo and got the potato wedges. They were the best we've had. We got an order of curds and again they were among the best we've had. We will be back the next time we are in Madison.“
