They make some of the very best ice cream I've ever had in Madison. And they have dairy free options for people with allergies. I love everything about this company.“

We had the asado (ahSAHdo) (chunky beef stew in red sauce) and the picadillo (Peek a Dee yo), a ground beef with small cubes of potatoes. Both were tasty and just a bit spicy, with the asado being a favorite. If you are really hungry you might be able to eat 2, but 1 makes a nice lunch. I'll have to go back for their amazing selection of ice cream. Prep time is about 10 minutes, so you might order ahead by phone or Uber Eats. You can also get delivery on Uber Eats for $1.50.“

“Chocolate Shoppe catered our wedding dessert and they were completely perfect! They bring a truck with about ten flavors including 1-2 DF flavors, and scoop into dishes or cones. The guests loved it on a hot, summer day, and it felt a lot more memorable than cake. They were super easy to work with in booking the event and the employee who worked our event was so kind. It was a huge hit and the ice cream was, of course, delicious! We would definitely book them again for a large event and would recommend them to friends.“

“did not have a good experience today at la michoacana. when ordering my papas preparadas I told the lady i wanted the cueritos on the side. when the bag was given to me i noticed she had put them in. I told her and she said that she had forgot and did say sorry but what made me very upset was that she said that they were very busy and she couldn't make them again . I'm sorry but the way she did things was wrong and it's not my fault that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. “I went the on 2sept 2025 while on vacation there at about 5:30 pm. The employee behind the counter was very respectful and Pleasant. He treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was an important part of his day. This experience is not common in a lot of places. The menu is relatively simply which shows they are focused on doing what they do well. For what is an typical fast food hamburger joint everything ran smooth and was pleasant. If you are looking for a really good fast burger and fresh cut fries that were frozen and don't want to pay 30 plus dollars at five guys this is the place to go. I would say the food stacks up better than five guys at about half the price.“

“Delivery, my RC was FCFS from 7:30am - 2:30pm. They are open from. I checked in at 11am and checked out at 12pm. Just follow the signs for shipping and receiving, you will figure out. Building 2 and dock 9 it’s little bit hard to park but overall it’s good. I’m not sure for overnight parking. This is a good company.“

Not an option to return to get the burger he ordered. He waited forever the first time. Not calling either. It isn't worth the time and effort. Even if he had ordered this melt sandwich, I would still say it was greasy and overcooked. Sorry to all the good locations. Have never had a complaint about Culver's previously.“

Team members are very friendly especially the cashiers.
The Butter burger and frozen custard I ordered was great in quality,taste and temperature.
The lobby/seating area/interior was very clean.

“I'd say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they're very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you're getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people....“
