“I think this is the best location out of all of them. It's huge! Plenty of places to sit comfortably with your family and enjoy a sweet treat. They make some of the very best ice cream I've ever had in Madison. And they have dairy free options for people with allergies. I love everything about this company.“

“Very good burgers, fries and shakes also very good. Only complaint is cost like everything these days. About $20 a person for a specialty burger, fries,and a shake. They do have a $10 special going right now but it was a small 🍔 burger,small fries,and a small soda. Not bad if you are good with a smaller portion. “Try their gorditas! They're slightly crispy pockets of corn (maíz) filled with a Mexican stew of your choice. At $4.99, it's a bargain. We had the asado (ahSAHdo) (chunky beef stew in red sauce) and the picadillo (Peek a Dee yo), a ground beef with small cubes of potatoes. Both were tasty and just a bit spicy, with the asado being a favorite. If you are really hungry you might be able to eat 2, but 1 makes a nice lunch. I'll have to go back for their amazing selection of ice cream. Prep time is about 10 minutes, so you might order ahead by phone or Uber Eats. You can also get delivery on Uber Eats for $1.50.“

“Chocolate Shoppe catered our wedding dessert and they were completely perfect! They bring a truck with about ten flavors including 1-2 DF flavors, and scoop into dishes or cones. The guests loved it on a hot, summer day, and it felt a lot more memorable than cake. They were super easy to work with in booking the event and the employee who worked our event was so kind. It was a huge hit and the ice cream was, of course, delicious! We would definitely book them again for a large event and would recommend them to friends.“

“did not have a good experience today at la michoacana. when ordering my papas preparadas I told the lady i wanted the cueritos on the side. when the bag was given to me i noticed she had put them in. I told her and she said that she had forgot and did say sorry but what made me very upset was that she said that they were very busy and she couldn't make them again . I'm sorry but the way she did things was wrong and it's not my fault that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. “Our wedding at the union was fantastic! Sam Mack (venue coordinator) was a great communicator and all of the Union Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the planning process and day-of. We had our ceremony in Tripp Commons and our cocktail hour and reception in Great Hall. The food was good (not the best I've ever had, but also not the worst), the cocktails and drinks were great, and it was so nice not having to make a million different decisions. They really guide you through the process which was exactly what we were looking for. The Union has done hundreds of weddings and it really shows. The whole day went very smoothly and the price was right! Would highly recommend, especially for UW grads!“

“Made our pilgrimage… We rarely visit UW Madison and The Terrace without a stop at Daily Scoop. My partner always gets the orange custard chocolate chip. This time I got a double scoop ice cream cone with orange custard, chocolate chip and the occasionally available, Blue Moon. It’s always hard for people to describe what the flavor of Blue Moon is. It’s kind of berry flavored but not blueberry. But it is delicious. I was wearing a tie and the person working the cash register offered me a cup along with my cone “just in case.” It was very warm outside. The clerk knew exactly what he was talking about. I still ended up with BlueMoon ice cream on my purple tie. It’s off to the dry cleaners now.“

The staff was also very knowledgeable about which frosting colors and mix-ins were gluten free and made the perfect custom cake in the agreed timeframe.

“For fast food the burgers were very good the fries were also very good. The quality of the food was outstanding for fast food. The price was also very good. This isn't anything gourmet but definitely worth the price. Hands down better than other fast food competitors. I really liked that there was malt vinegar available as a condiment for the fries. The menu is relatively simply which shows they are focused on doing what they do well. For what is an typical fast food hamburger joint everything ran smooth and was pleasant. If you are looking for a really good fast burger and fresh cut fries that were frozen and don't want to pay 30 plus dollars at five guys this is the place to go. I would say the food stacks up better than five guys at about half the price.“

“Delivery, my RC was FCFS from 7:30am - 2:30pm. They are open from. I checked in at 11am and checked out at 12pm. Just follow the signs for shipping and receiving, you will figure out. Building 2 and dock 9 it’s little bit hard to park but overall it’s good. I’m not sure for overnight parking. This is a good company.“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. “NOT recommending Madison Mineral Point Road location. Husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. Got home, and it was a melt sandwich, overcooked and greasy. Not an option to return to get the burger he ordered. He waited forever the first time. Not calling either. It isn't worth the time and effort. Even if he had ordered this melt sandwich, I would still say it was greasy and overcooked. Sorry to all the good locations. Have never had a complaint about Culver's previously.“

I usually get a cup but the smell of freshly made waffle cones was too tempting! I don't usually get vanilla but I'm glad I did this time. We went inside only to use the bathroom; the dining room is cute.“

“I'd say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they're very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you're getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people....“
