I really love this chocolate shoppe. Staff is friendly. The products and the ice cream are super premium. I like how the staff has good customer service and friendliness. This place provides free samples. Employees here like to promote the business. I don't like the way that management oftentimes treats the staff here. I think that management could improve by boosting team morale.
Very cool and sweet ice cream parlor. A very diverse and unique selection of ice cream. I ordered a scoop of strawberry crunch with a waffle cone. The cone was slightly warm, slightly melting the ice cream to fill the cone....absolutely perfect on a hot summer day.

Any time I'm in Madison it's a requirement for me to stop by and get snappers for my entire family especially my 93yo grandma who when she finds out asks if I'll be stopping. I always get the salted Caramel fudge from them too! Never disappointed
