Not all employees at this location understand the rewards program associated with the company. I wanted to use both a gift card balance and $5 discount at the same time, but the cashier only followed the gift card the last time I was there and must have made a typo in my phone number associated with my account in My Cold Stone Club Rewards or just did not confirm the number because that did not let my last receipt get through to the rewards program, so I had to contact the site...read full review
The mango smoothies are delicious. And the strawberry blonde ice cream was excellent.
Normally I love going to Cold Stone, but this location was appalling. I tried to order a build your own dish, “Like It” size, with cheesecake ice cream, raspberries, cake pieces, and whipped cream. I explicitly stated that I wanted the cheesecake ice cream, but before I could ask for my mix ins, the owner started making the signature creation “cheesecake fantasy”.
