“My family (6) went late on Saturday, March 12, 2022. The place was packed. Extremely busy. There was only one worker. Let me tell you, the business is lucky to have the young lady working behind the counter. I cannot believe how impressed my wife and I were with how calm and respectful she was. The lady in front of us also recognized the hard work and professionalism and left her a 20 dollar tip. We left her 10. It's good to know there are good employees left out there.“

“Love the Daily Scoop- mostly because it’s Babcock ice cream! So fresh and delicious and fun flavors! The orange custard with chocolate chips is my absolute favorite. About $4 for a scoop and $5.50 for 2 scoops. Not too bad and very generous scoops. Usually plan to wait because every one wants this ice cream! This location is elite because of its proximity to the lake- can’t beat ice cream by the lake!“

“Fantastic Mexican ice cream shop on Madison’s West side. Great flavorful and varied ice cream options and delicious fruit flavored ices. They also have nacho type snacks but I haven’t tried them.
Creative and tasty flavors. The eggnog is fantastic but different than traditional New England style. The pistachio is amazing!

“WOW! After a long day of house shopping, we stopped for an ice cream treat We didn't realize it was National Ice Cream Day! After sampling a few kinds, I picked black cherry oat cream, and it was beyond wonderful, creamy good. My companion enjoyed her cone also. The Shoppe was busy, but service was quick and with a smile.“

“So many flavors. The best ice cream shop in Fitchburg and Madison area. We took ours to go and even ordered some fancy cones to go that weren’t overpriced. The black Cherry, the vanilla and the mint-chocolate were awesome. Photos will happen another time. We had to serve it up and consume it quickly this time. Everyone went back for seconds! “Very convenient for campus meetings. Rooms are modern and clean....walls z bit thing (or neighbours were noisy). Amenities on the main floor are lots of campus food...even a pub. Bed was comfy. Would likely stay here again if the opportunity arises.“

“This is a local takeout place. Mostly what they have are ice cream cakes, ice cream, and their little Frozen treats. But they do have soda and hot dogs as well. Not bad if you want to grab something to go. They have a lot of dessert options here. And there are some tables to sit outside and eat at.“

Wouldn't recommend doing it too often but only when they have specific themed deserts. (I.e.- Beetlejuice cookies which they did not have available when I went. )“
