Ice Cream Shops near Watertown

“I love their ice cream!! Old fashioned ice cream in some really amazing flavors. I have very fond memories of chocolate malteds from when I was a kid, and theirs take me right back to those days. I have not tried their food, but the ice cream is the best. I also enjoy their seasonal walk-up location in downtown Oconomowoc.“

“Today was the worst visit to this specific location. The hamburger was supposed to have ketchup, fried onions and pickles. The ketchup was light, two pickles and ONE sliver of RAW onion not quite one inch long. The strawberry malt was strawberry milk. I was the sixth "parked" vehicle to wait for my food. I'm guessing the malt was made and left on a counter for the food order to be prepared. As a suggestion, if you make the malts/shakes ahead of time, store them in a freezer until the food is ready. Other custard/burger restaurants do this. It's very disappointing to pay over $20 for a meal to have almost half of it wrong and/or melted. To end on a positive note, the gentleman in the DT and who brought the order out, was very pleasant. He seemed surprised I asked for the receipt when he asked if I wanted it. I guess if you don't get the receipt you won't fill out the survey...“
