“Stopped to grab a bite on my way back to MN. After 3 hours driving, I wanted quick and hassle free. Ordered the kale crunch salad and 8 pc grilled chicken bites. The drive thru was efficient and easy. The staff was so pleasant and I was back on the road before I knew it! My order was right and hit the spot. This will be a stop on further trips to Madison for my whole family!“

“Chubby's has the best burgers in the chippewa valley. Small burgers with big flavors! The Birria egg rolls here are one of my personal favorite foods!“

“I come to Culver’s pretty much every week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes great every time I go. The place has a really chill, relaxed vibe, which makes it a nice spot to hang out with friends or just grab a quick meal. Overall, it’s super consistent and definitely one of my favorite places to eat with my friends.“

“This goes out to Jase at the Eau Claire location. This Employee is a perfect example of what every business that deals with customers face to face needs, especially these days! Not only was he very personable while taking my order, he also was outstanding with every other customer! I know this seems kind of frivolous, but seeing this kind of customer relation, well, is truly hard to find. He even asked me while I was leaving if everything was satisfactory, I said yes then he thanked me for coming in! Seems like a pretty normal process, yes, but Jase definitely stood out and went the extra mile!“

“Thank you to the amazing staff at Culver’s tonight!!! I went through the drive-up and ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I asked the employee at the window if he could put my order on hold while I ran home and got it. He told me “No”. He grabbed one of his coworkers and they told me not to worry about it. I offered to call with my card when I got home or to come pay for it tomorrow and they told me they were taking care of it! Being the crazy world it is right now, they were wearing masks so I couldn’t see their faces to remember who they were... but I saw the kindness they showed me and that is something I will remember! 🥰“

“I have never had a bad experience here. I've worked in food service and I can be very picky and not just about the food. The first thing that will make me turn around and walk out is cleanliness. And I'm not talking messy tables and floors after a rush. If you work in food service you know what to look past and to look for. If you can get me through the door, you better now have a good tasting quality product and you better smile when you take my order. I've never had a bad experience here.“

“I reccomend Ar ys for the food by as late they havebt been that good at telling people thank you. At the Ar us by the old Shopko my food was slid across the counter and that was it. Plus tonight 7/23/19 literally just a few minutes ago a bunch of big wigs from the franchise office or wherever they were from were handing out my food. Not one of them said thank you to me. The young lady behind the counter that took my order Lauren I think her name was...said thanks. Tjey should follow the example of the lady behind the counter. Again good food but they just need to pick up the pace on saying thank you.“

“Overall was pretty good, the chicken had some chewyness to it in some spots but overall was good, staff we're very friendly and had smiles on their faces, the dinning room area was really cool, gave it a great atmosphere with lots of decorations.“

“Why is every Arby's so damn sticky!? Do y'all thicken your surface cleaner with corn syrup? We were the only ppl in there, and it looked like they had just cleaned, and I'm stuck to the floor.
Food wise, it was typical. One of my buffalo chicken sliders was the woodiest nastiest chicken breast I've ever had in my life. Oh and a bit skimpy on the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich.“

“The service here is awesome! I walked in tonight and was greeted by the friendliest employees. I loved the service so much I decided to use my remaining change to tip them. I work retail in customer service so I can only imagine how hard fast food must be. I recommend this place to anyone in the Eau Claire area.“

“Their beef brisket sandwich was so good it made me tear up when I was 1 week postpartum and hungry. I've had their sandwiches a couple times since and they haven't disappointed once. I would definitely recommend them over Jersey Mike's or Subway. :)“

“This was easily the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to in my entire life. We entered with a group of 8 and there were more behind us. The workers took our orders and produced them quickly and accurately within minutes. They did this while making small talk and working together. It was like watching a well oiled machine function. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Great place.“

“I recommend, but feel so disappointed tonight. I ordered a $10 pizza for delivery with a 2.50 2 liter soda. I asked for Diet Coke, the person put down pepsi and did not bother telling me they do not have coke products. Instead they sent 2 diabetic customers a regular bottle of pepsi. Now our awesome driver went back and got us diet pepsi instead, and I appreciate him.. But whoever took the order messed up,, and that makes me sad. I am partial to the North store, it was my 2nd job that I left my first one for. It is the job i purchased my 1st car with and I just want to say how sad I am that my driver had to turn around for another bottle of soda. Not even really what I wanted, if he would have said no coke products my order would have been different.. Other than this unfortunate experience,, i still will order from them. I hope next time my order takers listening ears are on.. and yes i'm a teacher who took most the night deciding rather or not to post this.“

“This place is fantastic! I went through the drive thru to grab some supper and the guy was awesome! I even loved the service so much that I even told him how awesome they were doing. Not to mention that their speed is amazing. This is the reason I am a regular for this place as I work in customer service myself.“

Food was so fire that i felt afraid of my friend's house bursting into flames, but i would trust him to save me from that fire because he's a hero of the people.“

Who in their right mind expects to go in a restaurant, order food, wait for the food to be made, and walk out in 5 minutes??? The workers are NOT superheroes, they are humans who have lives. “It was a nice treat to stop for a blizzard at the Dairy Queen at OakWood Mall. They do not have the capability of using the app features that some of the newer stores have just so you are aware if you want the app only specials. They do make great blizzards and they have been at the mall for many years, as long as I can remember. For a quick cone or shake or whatever you're in the mood for they are sure to satisfy your needs. Entrance is through the main entrance of the mall in the Cafe Court area so they are easy to find. Enjoy before a movie or while shopping, or anytime you visit Oakwood Mall.“

“I eat a lot of Panda Express. It's my travel comfort food. Stopped at this Eau Claire location on my road trip. Hands down!!! This was the best tasting panda ever!!!! The orange chicken was Crispy and spicy!!! Love that! The Kung Pao was great. The fried rice was cooked perfectly not undercooked like some places and lomein and point on. Thank you for making my experience here desirable. Even though it was a little off from the highway it was totally worth the stop!“

Clean place. We were on an adventure to celebrate my son’s 18th bday and graduation and his favorite burger is from Hardee’s. You guys nailed it. Thank you!“

“This restaurant recently changed names Roadside Ice Cream and Diner, dropping the Dairy Queen franchise. The only thing that has changed is it's ice cream mix, but not in a bad way. I visited this day due to a craving for my comfort food of choice after an absolutely horrible shift at work; ICE CREAM. Had a create your own Legendary mixer which was fabulous. Food choices look huge and I really want to try their breakfast menu soon.“

I’m fine waiting however long it takes because they are making sure it’s right the first time around. Special shout out to the employee Lilly! She went above and beyond explaining what they are about and even provided samples of their favorite shake. I can’t express how impressed I am each time with this place.“

“I’ve been to this subway a good amount of times, and the food is always good. The service is okay. The workers will greet you sometimes, but if they don’t, you’re often greeted by the smell of the food which is very pleasant. Overall, a decent experience.“

“I rarely remember fast food experiences. The team here made sure our 4 kiddos during “family day” won’t forget BK soon. The staff were extremely friendly and upbeat, and they went above and beyond with our kids to make their day. Our son said, “I feel like a long!” Super simple, but this location’s treatment of our family made our visit a really fun, special experience.“

“I love this subway and the workers, they are very friendly, but recently one of the guys has been asking for my toppings when my sandwich is toasting and then putting them in the wrong order. I am particular about my toppings because I am autistic as well as layering my toppings in a way that makes them move less when eating & transporting. I do not understand why he asks for toppings before the sandwich is done toasting, especially when there is no one else in line. Its just a minor issue that I havent complained about it directly to him but it still upsets me seeing my tomatoes being put on top of my spinach because that is not the order I told him and then I get worried about my tomatoes skedaddling out of my sandwich. Hes very chill and friendly, good dude, I just wish he didnt do this“

“Jack and Mittal are always so friendly when we come in! They have all of our orders memorized and start them as soon as they see us pull into the parking lot. We started going to this store because the one closest to us after our closest store closed, and now we will not go to any other store in town. Service here is wonderful! If you want good sandwiches, good people, a clean store, and great atmosphere come see Jack and Mittal at rhe London I'd Subway! You wont be disappointed.“

“We stopped on a Sunday afternoon. The manager was super friendly and wore a burger hat! The place was super clean and there were rolls of extra toilet paper in the bathrooms to ensure you couldn't run out.

Our Whoppers came fast, fresh, and nearly arranged. The fries were hot but could have been crisper.

A big benefit was the attached, large, shared parking lot with other establishments, a big benefit for those pulling campers!
