“Stopped to grab a bite on my way back to MN. After 3 hours driving, I wanted quick and hassle free. Ordered the kale crunch salad and 8 pc grilled chicken bites. The drive thru was efficient and easy. The staff was so pleasant and I was back on the road before I knew it! My order was right and hit the spot. This will be a stop on further trips to Madison for my whole family!“

“First time coming here wasn't sure want to get. The cook was helpful said the original Italian sub with a side of Alfredo sauce. But only if I liked spicy. And oh my was he right. My friend had been to a fazoli when she was younger. She got the 7.99 deal. Her meal was just as good. The garlic bread sticks were very good. Just know they are very soft so anyone can eat them. If you dip them in Alfredo sauce they can get a bit salty. Their sweet tea is not as sweet as McDonald's but still a decent amount of sweet. Kind of a good thing they are not closer to us. Would be fatter.“

“I come to Culver’s pretty much every week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes great every time I go. The place has a really chill, relaxed vibe, which makes it a nice spot to hang out with friends or just grab a quick meal. Overall, it’s super consistent and definitely one of my favorite places to eat with my friends.“

“Thank you to the amazing staff at Culver’s tonight!!! I went through the drive-up and ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I asked the employee at the window if he could put my order on hold while I ran home and got it. He told me “No”. He grabbed one of his coworkers and they told me not to worry about it. I offered to call with my card when I got home or to come pay for it tomorrow and they told me they were taking care of it! Being the crazy world it is right now, they were wearing masks so I couldn’t see their faces to remember who they were... but I saw the kindness they showed me and that is something I will remember! 🥰“

“I have never had a bad experience here. I've worked in food service and I can be very picky and not just about the food. The first thing that will make me turn around and walk out is cleanliness. And I'm not talking messy tables and floors after a rush. If you work in food service you know what to look past and to look for. If you can get me through the door, you better now have a good tasting quality product and you better smile when you take my order. I've never had a bad experience here.“

“Why is every Arby's so damn sticky!? Do y'all thicken your surface cleaner with corn syrup? We were the only ppl in there, and it looked like they had just cleaned, and I'm stuck to the floor.
Food wise, it was typical. One of my buffalo chicken sliders was the woodiest nastiest chicken breast I've ever had in my life. Oh and a bit skimpy on the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich.“

“I had a bad experience today I went in there to pick up a door dash order and the guy approached me with for future reference don't park in the curbside pickup park a couple spots down!! Approach is everything you could have said please don't park there anymore we want that for curbside pickup?!! So I called the manager to say something and she asked me who I dealt with I said the guy with the long hair down to his back that should be pinned up better!! She said if you don't have anything nice to say about my workers I'm going to hang up I said I have problems with no one else there so I don't really have anything nice to say about him but still didn't say anything rude just the truth about his hair she then hung up on me so I called back 2 times and she picked up the phone and hung up on me again without saying anything!! So I called corporate and talked to Casey thanks for listening and addressing my concerns you two should be ashamed of yourselves!! Aleksey while I was on the phone with corporate I talked great about you and said these other two should take lessons from you I asked Casey to acknowledge you for how great you are there“

“The service here is awesome! I walked in tonight and was greeted by the friendliest employees. I loved the service so much I decided to use my remaining change to tip them. I work retail in customer service so I can only imagine how hard fast food must be. I recommend this place to anyone in the Eau Claire area.“

“I reccomend Ar ys for the food by as late they havebt been that good at telling people thank you. At the Ar us by the old Shopko my food was slid across the counter and that was it. Plus tonight 7/23/19 literally just a few minutes ago a bunch of big wigs from the franchise office or wherever they were from were handing out my food. Not one of them said thank you to me. The young lady behind the counter that took my order Lauren I think her name was...said thanks. Tjey should follow the example of the lady behind the counter. Again good food but they just need to pick up the pace on saying thank you.“

“Their beef brisket sandwich was so good it made me tear up when I was 1 week postpartum and hungry. I've had their sandwiches a couple times since and they haven't disappointed once. I would definitely recommend them over Jersey Mike's or Subway. :)“

“This was easily the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to in my entire life. We entered with a group of 8 and there were more behind us. The workers took our orders and produced them quickly and accurately within minutes. They did this while making small talk and working together. It was like watching a well oiled machine function. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Great place.“

“Super friendly staff. Not just with us but all other customers. Employees smiled at you when walking by. Charles H at the register was really great, patient and kind. Even good at upselling! Clean place. We were on an adventure to celebrate my son’s 18th bday and graduation and his favorite burger is from Hardee’s. You guys nailed it. Thank you!“

“This is a very fast service place. Usually your pizza is ready in 15 mins. People at the desk are knowledgeable and assist you whichever way possible. When it comes to the quality of pizza, Pizza Hut as a whole stands way behind compared to Papa John's. The new Papa John's store is a serious competition to this store. Taste wise this store is comparable to other Pizza huts in the area. They always have plates and napkins when needed.Their dipping sauces are okay and better than the Domino's but again not even close to Papa John's.What really matters to me is the next day quality of the pizza. When you have leftovers, their pizza slice doesn't taste as good as a Topper's pizza or Papa John's. Something to do with the ingredients I guess. Toppings are also not even spread out but that is not just this store. You will find the same level of ignorance in a Pizza Hut located in Minnesota or California. Attention to diligence is what Pizza Hut needs to learn. It is not about the quantity but the execution.Overall this store is better than the other store in the town.“

“Charlie is one of the coolest people, i would nominate him for man of the year. He also knows the best way to make a sub, it's like he's also making a work of art at the same time. Food was so fire that i felt afraid of my friend's house bursting into flames, but i would trust him to save me from that fire because he's a hero of the people.“

“I recommend, but feel so disappointed tonight. I ordered a $10 pizza for delivery with a 2.50 2 liter soda. I asked for Diet Coke, the person put down pepsi and did not bother telling me they do not have coke products. Instead they sent 2 diabetic customers a regular bottle of pepsi. Now our awesome driver went back and got us diet pepsi instead, and I appreciate him.. But whoever took the order messed up,, and that makes me sad. I am partial to the North store, it was my 2nd job that I left my first one for. It is the job i purchased my 1st car with and I just want to say how sad I am that my driver had to turn around for another bottle of soda. Not even really what I wanted, if he would have said no coke products my order would have been different.. Other than this unfortunate experience,, i still will order from them. “We stopped on a Sunday afternoon. The manager was super friendly and wore a burger hat! The place was super clean and there were rolls of extra toilet paper in the bathrooms to ensure you couldn't run out.

Our Whoppers came fast, fresh, and nearly arranged. The fries were hot but could have been crisper.

A big benefit was the attached, large, shared parking lot with other establishments, a big benefit for those pulling campers!

“It was a nice treat to stop for a blizzard at the Dairy Queen at OakWood Mall. They do not have the capability of using the app features that some of the newer stores have just so you are aware if you want the app only specials. They do make great blizzards and they have been at the mall for many years, as long as I can remember. For a quick cone or shake or whatever you're in the mood for they are sure to satisfy your needs. Entrance is through the main entrance of the mall in the Cafe Court area so they are easy to find. Enjoy before a movie or while shopping, or anytime you visit Oakwood Mall.“

“I’m not sure what these other comments are talking about, but every time I’ve been here, it’s been a treat. They provide the best customer service and care. I’m fine waiting however long it takes because they are making sure it’s right the first time around. Special shout out to the employee Lilly! She went above and beyond explaining what they are about and even provided samples of their favorite shake. I can’t express how impressed I am each time with this place.“
