“Super reasonably priced. Son had a cheese pizza and it was good. I got a "the club can't handle me" hot sandwich and it was delicious. We were in town from MN for the night and other restaurants were packed, but this place somehow wasn't. Almost felt like a little hidden gem. And the staff working the counter were really nice too, so that's a plus, especially with part-time high school kids. Good job!“
“The chicken salad sandwich is my new favorite and I never thought those words would come out of my mouth.. that I love chicken salad?! Everything is SO fresh and the bread it comes on is amazing. The Parmesan kale soup is equally amazing. It was hot fresh and full of flavor. My new favorite lunch spot. I wish they had a bigger space to be able to sit and eat but I won’t complain too much about that since the food is worth taking to go. I got the special which is a half sandwich (generous size for being a half) and a cup of soup. Total was $10 and every bit worth it. It’s a nice touch that they wrap the soup so it doesn’t leak in the bag.Vegetarian options: They have veggie soups and sandwiches including a veggie pita.Parking: Parking lot is tiny and there are no real parking stalls, it’s basically a free for all (park where you can). This actually deterred me from coming in on a previous occasion. My only option was to block someone in or leave :(“

“I almost never review fast food chains unless they are bad, as they have so many reviews. But, we stopped here in a pretty bad mood as we had been in the car for literally hours and after walking in we were greeted kindly and warmly, the inside is well kept and beautiful, (very modern,) and the sandwich artist was professional, friendly, and made our food with care. Overall our visit today was outstanding and needed to be reviewed. I would highly recommend this Subway if you need a quick and refreshing bite.“

“Stopped in at 5ish pm on Dec 28th with the kids. Staff was really friendly, helpful and patient. Food was very good place was clean. In fact we cleaned all our garbage and wiped crumbs off the table and when we were pulling away, the employee wiped down all the areas.“
“Cousins has the best subs in Eau Claire and Wisconsin. The bread is so fresh and good, we were there this week and the bread had just come out of the oven. It was so Awesome. They have their standard options but you also can customize them. I previously lived in MKE and there were Cousins everywhere, I so happy we have one en EAU. “Okay I read the other 2 reviews...one was in 2010 the other was towards end of last year... I just arrived from a long trip starting in LA to Eau Claire and I saw a subway on the side and wanted to pick up dinner at 8:30PM. One customer just finished getting his subway to go and I ordered mine 2 go... Both gals working were really friendly and professional...I would say things are much improved and hopefully the owner can see that they've hired some good employees! Only reason I can't give it five stars is they didn't have provolone cheese and they didn't have avocados....Not sure if this is standard in this area or what....“
“I was on a road trip and looking for a pastrami sandwich. The Goodfella with pastrami and roast beef was great! Fresh and fast. I ordered through the side window, not sure if there is inside space to sit, there is a small patio if the weather is nice. Will stop for this sandwich again if I'm in the area!“
