Lady at the window was super nice. Food came out quick and it was delicious!
Sandwiches are always good but I'm usually having to wait 5+ minutes to pick up a sandwich that's ready because they don't have a designated online order shelf.

However, one visit was pretty disappointing: sandwiches were falling apart and sloppily made with guac all over the outside of the bread, no napkins were in the bag, and a cup of water cost .26 cents. Even with a slightly complicated order, Jimmy John's nailed it, with fresh ingredients and great customer service.
