I highly recommend stopping in for a sandwich! We love the Spicy Claire and are always blown away by the vast selection of cheese. The shop is small, but the wide selection of goodies is impressive. Aged cheddar cheese connoisseurs should definitely stop in the peruse the options.
The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even though I showed up close to close. And for like 10 bucks I had the best sandwich I've eaten in EC. I rarely write any reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about this place.
